  3. Windows3.1 Drivers:

  5.     This diskette contain the following files -
  6.          win480.drv - 640x480x16 colors windows display driver.
  7.         win600.drv - 800x600x16 colors windows display driver.
  8.         vddvga.386 - windows virtual device driver.
  9.         oemsetup.inf - windows installation information file.
  10.         read.me - this read me files
  11.  
  12. NOTE:
  13.       1024x768x16 colros windows display drivers is being worked on and it will be
  14.       available later on.

  17. Windows V3.1 Installation:

  20. NOTE:
  21.     1. Before installing the windows display drivers, you need to make sure that the 
  22.        aboved files are in your flopy diskette.
  23.  
  24.     2. If your windows system has old drivers(Windows3.0 drivers), you need to delete them.
  25.        That is, you need to delete win480.drv ,win600.drv and vddvga.386 before you
  26.        run windows SETUP.

  29. Installation procedures:

  31.     1. Insert the flopy diskette containing the windows drivers in drive A.
  32.     2. Change to your windows directory and type SETUP, then press ENTER.
  33.     3. A list of display adapters is displayed. Used arrow keys to highlight 
  34.        the  OTHER option and press Enter.
  35.     4. When you are asked to instert the display driver disk provided by the
  36.        hardware manufacturer, change the prompt area to A:\ and press Enter.
  37.     5. Follow the instructions on the screen untill the drivers are installed 
  38.        properly.
